Ricardo Torres was born on March 26th, 1958. As from November 2005 he is member of edenor’s Board of Directors and since March 2012 he is Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Company’s CEO. Likewise, as from November 2005 Mr. Torres is member of Pampa Energía’s Board of Directors and at present he serves as Pampa’s Distribution and Administration Director.
Previously, he was partner in Darwin Inversiones. From 1993 to 2001, he held the CFO position at IRSA, a leading company in the Real State sector in Argentina as well as Director in Alto Palermo and Brazil Realty. At present, he is managing partner of Todos Capital and Pop Argentina. Mr. Torres holds a degree in accounting issued by the University of Buenos Aires and a Master’s degree in Business Administration issued by the IAE Business School, Universidad Austral.
Mr. Montero is edenor’s Chief Financial Officer and previously served in the investment group of Pampa Energía S.A. Prior to joining Edenor in 2008, Mr. Montero held various positions in the Administration and Finance areas of Pampa Energía and Petrobras Argentina S.A., both public and SEC-listed companies. Mr. Montero worked at Ernst & Young - Pistrelli, Henry Martin y Asociados in the Advisory and Auditing Divisions.
Mr. Montero holds a degree in Public Accounting from the University of Buenos Aires, and a Master degree in Business Administration and a Postgraduate course in Senior Management from the Instituto de Altos Estudios Empresariales (IAE), school of business of the Universidad Austral.
Mr. Maggi Is responsible for edenor’s Operations Management since July 2017. Previously he acted as District Director for two of edenor’s operations regions: San Martín, where he afterwards worked on the unification with Norte and Morón districts, by unifying it with San Justo district, where he acted as Operations Director (as from 2001) and as Distribution and Commercialization Director (from 2005). At present, he is director at SACME, which is responsible for the high-tension network operation in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and Greater Buenos Aires and he is also ADEERA 1st Vice-president.
He holds an Engineer degree issued by the National University of Technology (UTN) and a master degree in Business Administration issued by Salvador University and Deusto University in Spain.
At Present Mr. Flaks is edenor’s Technical Director. Between 2006 and 2010 he served as Distribution manager. He was responsible for the direction, coordination and control of the technical and commercial operations of the company relating to high, medium and low-tension plants, control centers and the commercial operations mentioned, mainly in the customer service department and the relationship with municipal and ENRE authorities. Mr. Flaks has a degree in electrical engineering issued by National University of Technology (UTN and holds an MBA issued by Salvador University in Argentina.
Mariana de la Fuente has been responsible for the Human Resources Direction since July 2014. Before joining the company, she was Human Resources Manager in EDEN (Empresa Distribuidora de Energía Norte S.A.), a company that has been part of Pampa Energía since 2011. Likewise, Ms. De La Fuente has served in several HR management responsibility areas in several multinational companies such as Monsanto, Cervecería Quilmes, Cabot y Abertis.
She holds a Psychology degree issued by the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and significant training courses in human resources including programs in the Michigan University in the USA and a master degree of the Executive Development Program of the IAE Business School, Universidad Austral.
Gerardo Tabakman has been acting as Customer Service Director as from November 2017. He had been edenor’s IT and Telecommunications Director since April 2012. Between September 2011 and April 2012, he acted as Manager for these departments. Likewise, Mr. Tabakman served as Pampa Energia’s Systems Manager from February 2008 to September 2011 and Accenture’s Manager from June 1997 to February 2008.
He holds a degree in Business Administration issued by the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and a master degree of the Executive Development Program of the IAE Business School.
Luis Lenkiewicz has been edenor’s Information Technology and Telecommunications Director from November 2017. Between March 2017 and October of the same year, he performed as manager of the above-mentioned department. Previously, from October 2013 to February 2017 he held the position of Systems Manager in Petrobras Argentina. From 1990 he held different executive positions in the systems and human resources departments in Pérez Companc and Petrobras, both in Argentina and Brazil.
He holds a degree in Social Science and Humanities issued by the National University of Quilmes (UNQ), Systems Analyst from ORT and a master degree in General Management from Universidad Austral in Rosario.
